Mission Statement

Strike Minerals Inc. (“Strike” TSX-V: STK) is an exploration and development company focused on precious metal mining properties with economic potential, with the aim of bringing properties to commercial production.

Highlights of year ended April 30, 2007:

• Strike has acquired additional claims surrounding our Edwards Mine property, increasing our holding to 76 claim units in Jacobson Township, near Wawa, Ontario
• Strike completed two drilling programs on the Edwards Mine property totaling 4454 metres
• Strike entered into a joint venture with our neighbour Cline Mining as part of the 4454 metre drilling program
• Subsequent to Strike’s year-end the company acquired 9 claims in the Latchford, Ontario area (“Kittson-Cobalt”) that hold good potential for development. Exploration has begun on this property to confirm its potential.
• Strike ended the year with a strong liquid balance of cash and tradable securities of $186,410.

Strike Minerals Inc. has initiated exploration of the new claims it has acquired both in the Wawa / Edwards mine area and near Latchford. Information is forthcoming, as exploration results are known.

 

Future Plans

Strike intends to carry out an active mining exploration and, if warranted, a development program at its Edwards Mine and Kittson-Cobalt properties.  These will require substantial capital.  It is intended to access the equity markets both by way of “hard dollars” and “flow through” share offerings to secure the required financing.

Our Edwards Mine property has the makings of a company builder.  However, with additional information, it may be advisable to consolidate this property with others in the camp, or along structure, or otherwise, so as to build a viable integrated property suitable for economic exploitation.  Acquisitions remain our focus for the coming financial year, and the Company will use equity for the right acquisition.
